Villas are the scarcest thing in Albufeira: demand from families and groups far outstrips how many good ones exist, and the best weeks of summer go first. The villas on this page are managed by our team on the ground and booked direct, with no agency fees on top of the nightly rate.
Where they sit
Our villas are on the residential edges of Albufeira — Galé to the west, the hills behind the town, Açoteias to the east — where you get gardens, private pools and quiet nights, with the beaches and the Old Town a five-to-ten-minute drive away. All of them have outdoor space made for long lunches and private parking.
Booking tips
For July and August, book months ahead; five-bedroom houses like Vila Vintage and Vila Açoteias are usually the first to go. June and September offer the same pool weather at gentler prices, and out of season a villa here makes a fine base for golf trips and family gatherings.
Stocking the villa
Do one big shop on arrival day: Continente and Aldi sit on the ring road, and Apolónia in Almancil is worth the detour for wine and imported treats. Saturday morning there's a farmers' market by the stadium. Most of our villas have a proper barbecue — charcoal from any petrol station, sardines from the market, done.
