From my perspectieve as a Dutch citizen: in Portugal, it’s not easy to find people who communicate and take real responsibility They treat my apartment(s) with care, keep me updated without me having to ask, think ahead and handle every little issue quickly and calmly. Good and talented people and in my opinion more than a regular management company. I can truly recommend Monte Rentals.

I cannot speak highly enough of Jesus and the team. We moved over to Monte after having a very slow start with another company. Since the switch Sylwana has worked tirelessly to get us set up with our apartment in Albufeira and we are now taking bookings just days after receiving our AL License. 1000% would recommend for your property management in the Algarve.
